Thanksgiving Turtle Pumpkin Pie

You might want to try this delicious pie at your table.
15 minute prep plus refrigeration
Ingredients
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. caramel ice cream topping, divided
1 graham cracker pie crust
1/2 cup pecan pieces
1 cup cold milk
2 pkg. (3.4 oz each) vanilla instant pudding
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tub thawed whipped topping
Pour 1/4 cup caramel topping into crust sprinkle 1/2 cup pecans over caramel
In a bowl beat milk, pudding, pumpkin and spices with whisk until until blended well.
Stir in 1 1/4 cup topping lightly blend together
Spread the mixture from your bowl into the crust
REFRIGERATE at 1 hour
Before serving use remaining topping on pie, sprinkle on pecans and drizzle caramel topping.
